I haven't spent a dime and I have 4 Monicas; I was extremely happy when I got the first one but I got pissed when the 3 other ones showed up when I was blowing my starter story mission SCs like coke.

What is a good amount of SCs for a free player to keep on hand, I settled on keeping 10 on hand, but that is probably too low.

Depends on how much sta you have.

You need like 50 at 12, but as you get higher and higher it significantly drops. I think it was something like 40ish to get the time fairy if you had 12, but only 14 or so if you had 16.

Time fairy is something to get Anya, or a -1 cost for any unit. It's during the second phase of her event and costs a whopping 500 revival crystals.

The numbers I mentioned were for the rarer units revival events, such as Anya or Karma, or for collection events where it's only worth it if it's a very strong unit, such as Karma.

It's well worth it when it is though and you wouldn't want to miss it.

Her maxed stats are on par with other 6-costs, actually (exactly the same as Okita, I think, though that just leaves the issue of having to raise her another 20 levels to compensate).

Did they ninja change the 80/9 map in Aegis. My Leeanne used to block the 3 ninjas near the end that run under the bridge, but now they go around her.

I still kill all the dropping guys and 3 starred it already so it's not a big deal, but that few hundred gold per run adds up to something.

Her base stats aren't too bad, and her skill is useful if you have multiples and you are having difficulty levelling cards. By pumping resources in to your Nanas you can improve the chances that your most powerful cards will appear in battle.

Which is to say that she's useless, since the above is such an specific and unlikely scenario, and the game is dominated by p2w players with maxed decks so if you are having trouble levelling your cards then you have to just relax and learn to enjoy being ass-raped and used as a dorrmat.

A deck which forces you to throw away useful cards is stronger then one with a heap of bad cards that are just mana fodder.

The latter can screw you with rng if you end up with a hand full of fodder cards, and even when it doesn't screw you, it is delivering fewer good options you can use to adapt to the situation in front of you.

No problemo, friendo. I'd use her though if I ever get a second one (which is never going to happen). I think being a card ahead is pretty nice in itself even compared to the other situational abilities other 6 cost cards. I often find myself wanting to keep some useful traps I get early like to secure the mid game, playing her early could alleviate that. I usually end up using most 6 cost cards as mana fodder anyway or relying on their stats. Not to mention those end game situations where you wish you had something useless to throw away because you need those two or three cards for a comeback, being a card ahead helps with that as well. I guess we just see her differently.

Oh the extra draw would certainly help, especially when you're losing. That's a thing you don't appreciate 99% of the time when you are fighting weak opponents, but it suddenly becomes very relevant when you are throwing girls in to the graveyard just trying to stay alive.

Are you kidding? It's 6 mana 1600 atk 1500 def body with "draw a card". I would totally play that, even if it was "draw a card that does absolutely nothing". The part that you can discard her for mana is very relevant because it means she will never be useless, which is very good for a card that you get for free. And if you can actually still curve out with her by playing it together with other cards, or when you have 12 mana or something, she's even better. Gift horses are allowed to be mana fodder.

New event in Angelic Saga is up. Takes a whole whopping five limited gacha tickets to get 1 go at it, but you get a ticket every 3 days and the Rampant Goddess of Destruction event gets you 1 on stage 1, 3, 5, and 7.
Seems like another sprint event, so good luck not finishing unless you shill money into energy potions. And it says "DESTROY your opponent's TRAP CARDS!" which I assume means a shit ton of trap cards to cover for the bad AI?

It's not even that weird, I originally thought it was meant to interconnect the 2 elements in some way with a synergy. MtG does that stuff all the time. It would also stop you from getting another free Hinoko from your Hinoko which you can immediately charge into the enemy for a third free Hinoko. I'm just waiting for some whale out there who pulls that off.

And a maxed Anastasia should go really nicely with that, I think she's the biggest wood unit in the game so far, the only other 11+ wood unit I can think of is Onyx, who already spends a lot of her ressources on her charge ability, which you get for free from the effect anyway.

I'm not sure if they ever actually bring back an event. But there was a recent tower event that gave you tickets that let you roll and have a chance at previous event cards.
I half assed the event and ended up with 15 rolls which got me 1 SSR and 3 SRs. I think you could buy rolls with money too, but crappy rares and stuff were included in the packs like normal.

You get rewards every 100 killed in one run and every 1000 total.

These range from silver and occasionally gold units for one run and gold to rainbow fairies for total. You get shards as well which you can use 5 to roll a better gold gacha that isn't as good as crystal gacha.

Often have gimmicks to them.

I forget the exact number but it's something between 15 and..50? for the easiest and hardest. They can get pretty difficult. Generally to 300 is easy if you have a CC'd team, then 400 gets a lil bit crazy, 500 enters fuck you territory.

Sometimes they go past 500 but it uses the same difficulty system as dailies so the number doesn't mean much.

Got 2 Rins as well, was from normal gacha. Premium gacha can only give the cards in the premium gacha list, normal gacha can give you any card in the game (presumably with the exception of event cards).

I remember someone posting a while ago about how he even got a story mission card from a story quest that wasn't implemented yet iirc. There's also some SR cards that are already available in normal gacha, but haven't been in any premium gacha pool yet, which makes them extremely rare to have.

All should be around level 20-25. 30 for an easier time. You can probably get away with just two bronze mincost mages. But I haven't tried. You probably can interchange the bandits and soldiers. but the most important parts are the archers and the mages. The bandits/soldiers are there to simply hold them back just a second longer.

alright, war clerics did not carry their weight at all. The ninja was really nice though.

The map is really simple until 400+. A bunch of skeletons, skeleton samurai that enter rage mode under 50%, the ones with the helmet have a three unit aoe when enraged but it's all simple shit. But that's when two liches and three undead dragons appear.

One lich comes from bottom left, really easy to deal with if you have a healer in the location pictured here. Dragons come from bottom left, bottom right, top left, in that order. Lich comes top left with dragon.

Bottom right dragon is simple. It won't attack any non melee units. Bottom left dragon wrecks the three ranged slots in the middle island if it gets next to them but if you plan ahead you could tank that lower as well.

Top left dragon fucks you in the ass in both melee spots near the bridge as well as the ranged slot. So don't put your best healer up there like I did.

The regular premium gacha is technically better if you roll immediately after the $10 first-time roll. The first $50 after that will guarantee you one SR and have double SSR rate, the second and subsequent $50 rolls after that will give two SRs and triple SSR rate, IIRC. But they could be any SRs/SSRs, not just the limited ones.

Personally, the $100 roll was only "worth" it last time, since "fake-Saber" Flora is one of the most OP cards in the game, and the other two limited cards ("cheaper Natalie" and "pseudo Miyabi") were pretty good too.

tl;dr: Roll the $100 one if you REALLY want the limited cards. Roll the $10/$50 one if you want a wider variety.

My gut feeling says the card is terrible, but I'm not sure if it actually works out better in a game like this where you discard cards for mana, because it means the enemy will already have gotten rid of the cards he doesn't need right now, so it will almost never hit a dead card, and has a good probability of hitting a useful card. Just destroying a purely random card of the opponent definitely wouldn't be worth it, but after the opponent made the conscious decision for several turns to keep a card in his hand, it stops being purely random. Yep, met a lucky guy with cost shackles in the tournament once. The spell is absolutely insane. I still managed to win the match because he drew literally nothing worthwhile to contest the board during that time, but if he had drawn even something like level 40 6 cost cards, he would've completely destroyed me. She has more atk then Elaine(Over 100 if you count Miisha's affection bonus), but not HP(Elaine has over 400 with her affection bonus) nor defense(17 difference, not counting Elaine's defense skill.). Yeah, event mission she gets 1.7 attack boost and 1/2 cost.

She's the silver champion, so silvers get 30% speed boost to their skill countdown.

Her ability is Sword of Damocles - silvers get X seconds of ATK and DEF boost of Y, then lose half their HP at the end of the skill.

Nice for silver boost, a good cheap anti-armor drop, but not very amazing, and useless for CC/awakening.

I'd also like to point out that, ever since the first event, which happened quite early, we had a continuous stream of new content. It's not about trust, it's about seeing that this game's English version is handled way better than Aigis ever was.

Sometimes you just need to stick back on a mission and simply grind.
I like to think you can beat at least the second mission and hope Odette drops from like a 10% drop or something.

Don't do the event for now, try to level up Soma to level 20 or something.
If you're gonna CC her early, you may as well get her above 30cc1.
The first 10 or 20 levels are basically free for newly CC'd units.
After that, beef up Iris and Christopher a little.
And you might want Katie at a higher level since her skill can help you populate the field faster.

You can probably farm Pastoral Gate for that. You should have it on farm status if you can do Deep Run Forest.

Unless you spend money to do your story missions sooner, or to gatcha in some units, you might have to accept your Odette won't be mincost 16/16.

No Somas drop in this event. You can probably get new Callopies (also often used in spell caster CC) or Valaries.
However, all silver units can be drawn from 2k gold gatcha. Just unlikely.
But there are still Story missions to complete, so you'll probably get another.

Difference between 30CC50 and 50CC50 is difference between clearing many maps and failing them.
You will fail usual tactic for demon crystal H daily with 30CC50 Soma. You will fail earlier desert story maps (well, you will probably raise new archers by the time they are added to nutaku, but lets suppose you play DMM for this example) and therefore fail to reach optimal newb levelling map (oasis).

All events I've played this year on DMM are very tight on silver stats, you need 50CC50 units for most of them if you go silver-only, few stat points less than that and you fail to kill some enemy fast enough and then your whole formation collapses and you lose.
