His artstyle is extra wonky in the endings, is he trying some new software to draw, or is he extra drunk?

Yeah I'm stuck on stage 3 when these two winged things fly out and start shooting > shaped red balls at me and there are also blue balls in no particular pattern. I am out of bombs and there isn't actually a place for my character to go to dodge the bullets, I'm actually run into a corner with nowhere to go.

I'm so glad this game has a checkpoint system. So much time saved not restarting the stage every 3 times I fuck up.
