First, you elbow doesn't go lower than your bellybutton when you're erect.

Look at the right arm, see where the elbow ends. Now look at the left arm and see where its elbow ends. One arm is longer than another. And this shoulder is plain horrible.

If you still don't see a problem you're officially blind or don't want to see the truth.

Her boy posture is not straight, you see her leaning to the right a bit.
Makes you thing the arm is even longer.
And the elbow can be past the bellybuttons line (a part of it at least).

The art is still not good, but the anatomy is still somewhat withing humane levels.

You learn to appreciate that, after the 90'SSSSSSSSSSSSSSS in comics.
