Marisa: Let's take it easy, ze!
Alice: Huh? You're taking it easy again? I can't help it, can I...
Cirno: Easy? I don't really get it, but I'll take it easy for you!
Meiling: It should be easy, correct?

I found the reason why some of us want to torture/kill yukkuris so much (Pic related)

Premise A: Kanako kills yukkuris
Premise B: Kanako is awesome
THEREFORE: Killing yukkuris is awesome

Failing that, killing yukkuris takes us one step closer to the awesome that is Kanako.

Everything but the notes at the bottom is translated.

Top left: Yukkuri keeping[or raising] techniques
Part 1 - Setting the environment

Panel 1:
Raising box[enclosure, hutch, cage, etc]

Top right:
Manufactured[?] ones are ideal
If there are drainage holes on either side of the floor

Think of what comes after
Choose one that is built strongly

Panel 4:
Feeding Tools
It is desirable to use paste-type feed. The feed dish should have a patterned[?] front face
For beginners a file pattern will be good. If it becomes accustomed to that, a grater pattern[?] or
One with saw teeth on the edge should be good.
For the water container there are specialized devices available so choose one that you like.
Also, in the water it will be good to mix in some salt. It it becomes accustomed to that, experiment with alcohol

Pic 4: Left: "Yu?! YU'!? Yuyu! Yu'!"
Right: "Yu.... YuUu...higu'[*sob*] yugufuuuu"

Panel 5:
Playthings
The yukkuri should not be playing. It is you, the owner's plaything.

I remember reading a story where anon killed a family down to its only remaining koyukkuri member, then let it take it easy for a while, bathing it every day, giving it human food, etc, then after it became complacent, did exactly as this picture, and only fed it kitchen waste. Forcefully, because it refused to eat.

I don't think that was translated/summarized.

That's what a lot of people see Yukkuri as. Just something to beat up on when they want to vent or for amusement. That's fine, but I don't see them like that.

Really, if I ever met one or a group of them, I'd treat them according to what they were doing.

Eating as a family? I'd leave them alone.
Lost and alone? Take it in, get it cleaned up, let it back into the wild.
Being hunted by a predetor yukkuri? Protect the group.
Alice rape troupe? Outwit, trap, sell to factory.

I guess I just don't see the need to hurt something that hasn't hurt anything else. Of course, even I'd get annoyed if some were pestering me, but torture is just a bit much for me.

We need new stories. I'm gonna repost some on how horrible yukkuri are.

13. Yukkuris have families (at least the normal Yukkuris do, I don't know about the semi-yukkuris). That doesn't stop them from comiting cannibalism. One family got stuck in their cave for the winter with a small amount of food, some sweets that belonged to one of the small ones and a lot of cotton candy from the Anon that was taking care of them. They kill the small one because it wouldn't let them eat the sweets, and later kill the rest of the small ones because they needed food. After they finish them, a few weeks later, they find out that they're short on food again. I can't remember exactly what goes on here, but they end up eating half of the remaining ones and, as soon as they've finished those too, they decide to eat the food they had and spend the rest of the winter eating the cotton candy. It had been a long time, though, so no more cotton candy. They go crazy and start eating each other. Last Yukkuri Standing promptly forgets the whole thing and exclaims "Where is everyone? Oh, they must have gone to look for food! Come back easy! I'll take it easy and wait for you ^_^".

29. Anon is a writer, but business is in a slump, and he's delayed the only project he's working on. Naturally, the editor is RAGEing. Anon has stayed up late, trying to finish it (on his PC), but his pet Yukkureimu keeps screaming "Stop working easy!!! Let's take it easy!!! I wanna play easy!!!". He is, of course, pissed. While hopping around the room, it tries to eat the flowers from a vase, and ends up breaking it. Of course, it denies that it's its fault. Anon RAGEs, cleans up and goes to the lower floor to dump the fragments of the vase. Upon returning, he finds the vile beast bouncing on his keyboard. The power is off. "I'm working easy too!!! I finished the work, so we can play easy!!!" Anon checks the PC, but no; all his work has been deleted. (Autosaving, Anon, do you use it?) He stares at the screen, dumbfounded, while Yukkureimu screams that since the work is over, they should play easy. He then takes it and dunks it into a garbage can. It didn't fit, so he pushes it until it does. He then puts a lid on it, and starts kicking it around the room, ignoring the screams and pleas for mercy. In the end, he kicks it down two floors, and leaves it in front of the front door. He plans to check if it's alive tomorrow.

47. Anon is observing an isolated yukkuri village, probably for research. He notes that they all live happily, except for one thing. Every day, half of them go out to gather food, and half stay home to play with the children. When they return, there's always a hassle of such proportions that the mothers lose the children. Some get taken by other mothers, and some (approximately 3 per day) get targeted by two mothers, in which case they both pull it apart trying to take it from each other. In most cases, its real mother is in a feeding trance ("This shit's good!!!") and doesn't notice.

Some time later, a group of yukkuri Alices came to the village. They were recieved well, and they got along quite well with everyone, especially the kids. However, Anon noticed that the kids started decreasing. So, he gets a pair of Nitori-made night vision goggles and goes to see what happens during the night. It turns out that the Alices go into the others' nests, smash the children, and rape the teenaged ones in their sleep. Said teenaged ones wake up to find out that their children are missing, and they have a tendril full of yukkuri Alices sprouting from their heads. After a while, they've overrun the village. They gather the mothers together and gang-rape them. Some of them are sprouting dozens of tendrils, which kills them. After that, having nothing more to pillage, the Alices left for another place.

50. Anon comes home and, as usual, finds a Remirya in hos room. He notes that it's probably spoiled by the SDM. It's having fun, but it suddenly starts crying and demands sweets. It opens his fridge, but he claims that since he's a tough guy, he has no sweets in his fridge. He sees, however, that all the food is gone. "I did 'poi' with all the nasty stuff!!! I threw them like 'poi' in the toilet!!!" It still demands pudding, and threatens to tell Sakuya. Upon opening the bag he brought from the supermarket, it notes that there's no pudding there, and throws everything in the toilet. Except the beer, which it cuts its finger on. He gets pissed, and takes its umbrella. He then hammers it on the head, and it starts shouting for Sakuya to beat him and bring pudding. He hits it again, and ties it up. It struggles, but then he reminds it that it has wings. (Okay.) It tries to fly away, but he dumps a pile of clothes filled with warmers on it. He dumps it out of the window, and notes that in the one week it'll take it to get back home, it'll have forgotten what to tell Sakuya. Back in the SDM, we learn that Meiling cooked a stir-fry, but Remirya did "poi"ed it in the toilet. Apparently, it tastes every food in the house, even if it's not for itself. Meiling tried to put Remirya in the toilet too, but she was interrupted by Sakuya. She was denied food for the day, and had to watch Remirya cannibalize the pastries. The next day, as she's starving, Remirya comes back. She's hallucinating due to the hunger, and starts eating. She pauses when she realizes what it is, but then she finishes it. We then see Sakuya with the real Remilia, who is in fact a Remirya with manners, who eats vegetables. How the mighty have fallen.

Yes, they metabolize everything. However, if they don't eat food with any sugar or nutritional value or not get enough food altogether, they cannot develop physically or mentally. An adult can survive on a glass of orange juice a day, but they won't grow much bigger then what it is at already. If they aren't bigger, stronger, or smarter then basic ko's or teens, they can't reproduce as well or as often. They also cannot defend themselves or gather food as well if they don't grow properly.

So, if they do start overpopulating and ravaging ecosystems, they're going to do just as much damage to themselves as everything else.

Some of the previous translation's a bit off. My take:
1) Found a Yukkuri Kaguya
*suu* *suu* [like *Zzzz* but gentler?]
2) It was rare/unusual so I decided to keep it
Mokou: Oooo, long hair
3) It might be rather cute.

Huh? Does moko-moko mean something?

I figure, since the Yukkuri are born with ability to speak, they could have amazing amount of instincts in genetical memory. Including the data about poisonous plants and animals.

I hate all 4 common types of yukkuri (reimu, marisa, alice, remillia)

but I like Kimeemaru, Tenko and Yuyukirby

Moko-moko is a paraphrase of the idiom "bokoboko ni shite yaru yo" meaning "I'll kick your ass". Mokou says mokomoko instead of bokoboko.
