My API link works in IE and i can use KC3 but highly prefer KCV, cleared cache many times.

I'm HQ 65 but only have a handful of ships that are in the ~lv.50+ range, I saw another HQ 65 Admiral and he had many many ships in the ~lv.70 range, I'm talking four to seven of each class in that high of a range.

You barely gain any HQ experience if you don't fight bosses. I had same worries as you but I just decided not to stress over it and aim for HQ exp based monthly rewards instead. Now my HQ lvl is inflated as fuck but I don't feel it has really changed much apart some minor changes to equipment when running 2-5 to meet LOS requirements.

The only thing you should consider is doing 1-5 grinding before reaching HQ80. It's by far the easiest place to lvl DDs and CLs. You'll probably want to lvl 5~6 good DDs to Kai2 at the first node of 1-5 before you reach HQ80. It's going to be tedious but you'll regret it later if you don't do it.

I still have 1-5 and 4-5 monthly to clear for this month so I basically have 19medals by the time I am done with my monthlies.
I never touch 5-5 before so unless you literally just started 1month ago, there is no reason to cry blueprints where.
Every 2014babbys should have enough medal to blueprint all ships. 19medals is like 6months of extra medals without even including 5-5 medals since 4-5 just got implemented recently

Having that many dupes means I can sit down and run Orel or 3-2A for a good hour or so before all subs are damaged. Without as many, it means I have to come back at a later time, and with my daily schedule I have nice solid windows where I can sit down and read VNs or watch anime while absentmindedly swapping out subs and clicking formations.

As for Maruyus, I haven't had ANY fucking luck crafting them. Three "real" LSC crafts out of 7 or so 4/6/6/2+20 attempts, but no Maruyu yet.

I guess I could try some minimum builds but even then it's apparently only a 14.7% chance, so I feel that I might as well keep using "real" builds to aim for the rarer, more desirable stuff first and eventually collect Maruyus anyways.
