Ideally lucid dreams.

Lucid dreaming is too damn hard.
I started practicing lucid dreaming and creating a tulpa almost at the same time, but I never managed to have a decent lucid dreaming. There was one or two times I realized I was dreaming, but nothing more.
It's not worth it.

Yeah. I remember a period where I was interested in this too, read about it every day and tried it out a bunch of times. I made some progress in the way that in a couple of nights, I could realize that I was dreaming and gained control of myself, but the experience was so short before I lost control, it honestly felt frustrating and pointless.

Supposedly there's some dream wizards that can do this every day at will, but they're people actually enthusiastic about this stuff, the ones that prepare properly and do it during the day as opposed to just before going to sleep, which is apparently when you're actually supposed to do this. If you only have a passing curiosity on the subject, you'll still make progress, just very slowly and it'll maybe feel frustrating.

Honestly, from the sound of it, you're better off with mirtazapine or LSD or something.

I found a quick method to master it without practice or effort it but it takes around 5 days.

There is a sleep cycle called uberman. Instead of sleeping 8 hours a day in a single block, you sleep 20 min blocks 6 times a day. It takes around 5 days to get used to.

The sleep becomes so intense during these 20 min that you actually get lucid dreams no matter what. No reality checking or journaling needed.

The issue is that most don't have the endurance to resist the adaptation process. IT is very hard unless you have a spotter that times you.

>> No.13764746

Oh and since time perception is different in dreams, even though you're asleep for 20 min the lucid dreams feel like hours.

Yes it seems not something you can just dabble at. The same it is with dreams in general, if you care about them, you get more of them, more significant. It's probably hard for someone who lives a NEET life to find such mental energy to expend.

What was your paralysis like? I strangely on rare occasions still get them, maybe once or twice a year. Almost all of mine involve weird masks or face-shaped forms getting on top of my body and close to my face, presumably on an attempt to try and block my breathing somehow. There was this one time though, where I woke up and I saw myself standing by my room's window. My dopple started moving towards the side of my bed, probably in an attempt to try and sit on top of my body. Since I couldn't move, I got really tense and sped up my breathing, breaking me out of the paralysis. That was the only time I ever saw another human-like hallucination in a paralysis.

They've almost completely stopped ever since I got off quetiapine, though. Can't remember the last time I had one.

They seem to come at random to me, I used to have a lot of them back when I was a kid (I used to think that they were normal, even) but they became rarer as I became an adult, and it's been months since my last one. This time I dreamt that I was playing some sort of crazy game supposedly made by myself, and in the middle of the action I thought to myself, "this game can't be real". That's what triggered my insight that it was a dream. Then I started floating around for a few seconds before suddenly opening my eyes. It felt amazing, though. Ask /x/.

But have my input: I've read on it even though I don't really want to have lucid dreams, just because it's an interesting subject. Apparently, you first have to cause yourself sleep paralysis, then you have to fall asleep, and then, when you start dreaming, you have to try and find a light switch, and turn it on and off - the lights won't be turned off, so you'll know you're in a dream, and will be able to take control over it.

But when you have lucid dreams, you aren't resting. So when you wake up, you won't feel like you went to bed - more like you were exercising all night long.

If you still wanna go through with it, I can tell you how to cause yourself sleep paralysis: I caused myself sleep paralysis by accident a couple of weeks ago. You have to kinda cause suffocation on yourself. I've read about people placing pillows on top of themselves and whatnot, but I inadvertently did it by sleeping belly-down, with my limbs spread out as much as I could (it was a very hot day, and I tried to sleep that way to fight off the heat, causing myself sleep paralysis by accident).

But be warned: when you're in sleep paralysis, your fear receptors get heightened like balls, and some people have reported having horrible hallucinations of monsters ripping them apart while they're unable to move for like what feels like hours. Or at least you'll feel a lot of anxiety. And if you try to scream, you'll just suffocate, because you're in the middle of self-asphyxiation.

aa fuck your "training" etc

heres how i do such things, take it or leave it
first understand that fundamentally, you have a high degree of neuroplasticity, that you can reshape the way you perceive the world.

1. the world around you is not real.
---i know this bc i can only view it through my senses and consciousness, which may change based on my physical state. this means the world is unreliable
2. if the world is not real then i may decide what is true
---undergo these mental exercises whenever you feel like it. numb yourself to pain, hardship, boredom, feeling, sensation. when you walk imagine a different material beneath your feet and BELIEVE it. this is way easier a starting step than just straight up hallucinating it.
3. finally actually do all of this shit regarding tulpas etc

none of this is even barely achievable unless you find a way to be able to reshape your very perception of the world around you
the stuff about destroying the contents in a room is on point, as it breaks your preconceived notion of the image. you can argue that you only know what you are in contact with, visually and on a tactile level. in this way you can decide upon what you wish to know and make that a reality.

Yes, I've had most of my more vivid dreams whenever the nap occurs vs. normal sleep time. I find it easier to be lucid for one long dream than to try and figure out 3 or 4 dreams which happens more often the longer I sleep. This doesn't happen all the time as one has to prep and some nights I am too lazy and tired to write in my dream diary, though I always record nap dreams. Being a hikki helps with having your dreams being in 2D or a weird 2.5D which I find really hard to explain or to do it justice, but its basically 2D with depth and it happens more often than just plain 2D for me. . The idea that makes the most sense to me is that you are so far removed from the real world that your sub conscious is filled with almost only thoughts and images of 2D so when you dream that is the material you call upon to create the dream. I don't know if this is healthy or an accurate description of what goes on, these are just my thoughts and personal experience on the matter.

I'm quite noob in the field of lucid dreaming and today was the first time I looked into tulpas.

...And holy shit this is some scary stuff.
I'm seeing forum posters on several sites complaining about trouble of controlling their tulpas due to inexperience. For example some people's tulpas were either killing the dreamer's other tulpas or host's entity. Some also had cases where tulpas forcefully tried to control the host in malevolence.

Is it safe for an inexperienced dreamer to try conjuring up a tulpa? How do you "delete" them when in the end you realize they became monsters you did not intend them to be?

>> No.13788412

>become mad
That is simply not true. My tulpa is real to me, but I do know that no one else can see her, and the she doesn't have a real body. She has her own personality, and even have a couple of friends in the internet, but that's it.

About the methods, yeah... Pretty much. Read a couple of guides, try a lot of different techniques and don't give up. You'll find what works for you.

Yes, she's a year old now. It took around 2 months for her first response.

I don't think I need to explain this, but that's not true at all. Tulpas tend to be very thoughtful about their hosts.

Dude, there is A LOT of shitposting in the tulpa community, don't believe everything you see.

> tulpas were either killing the dreamer's other tulpas or host's entity
Tulpas need their hosts to live, so it's very hard, if not impossible, for a tulpa to act completely against her host wishes. Of course, you may want a energetic tulpa, and she ends up lazy, things like that happens. But en evil tulpa or something like that? Not really, unless you are really fucked up. It's not right to force them to be who you want them to be, but they usually don't deviate in bad ways.

Not to mention that a tulpa cannot kill other tulpas. They do not have a fisical body to be "killed". Tulpas can be dissipated, but it's not that simple.

> tulpas forcefully tried to control the host in malevolence
Impossible. It takes A LOT of time and effort from both the host AND the tulpa to manage possession and switching. Your mind is more attached to your body than she is, so it's impossible for tulpas to take control of your body unless you want to, or condition yourself to let her take control of it whenever. Mine can only possess my body when I let her do it.

>Is it safe for an inexperienced dreamer to try conjuring up a tulpa?
Yeah. Just don't worry too much and don't have bad expectations about it.

>> No.13788419

>How do you "delete" them when in the end you realize they became monsters you did not intend them to be?
If you're thinking about murdering a tulpa, you shouldn't really consider making one. They may not have a real body, but they do have their own personality, and murdering them is really frowned upon. That is called dissipation. A tulpa needs their host attention to survive, deprive them of that and they disappear. You can make them reappear after with you force her again, but takes time and effort.

>they became monsters you did not intend them to be?
A tulpa may not end up the way you want them to be, but there's usually small deviations, not anything big. About turning in to monsters, they wont. They need the host attention to survive, so if you don't like them, you stop forcing and they disappear. There's no reason for tulpas to be like that.

Does your tulpa just float around you whenever you're doing your usual daily tasks? Are you perceiving them through your eyes or just through the imagination of your mind that they are there? Can you have more than 1 tulpas? If yes, can the other tulpas interact with each other?

>> No.13788548

It's.. Complicated. Seeing her with your own eyes is "imposition", it's hard to achieve and it takes a lot of time. I'm not that far into visual imposition, so I can only see her when I focus on her. Usually it's more in the imagination.
I work part time and go to college, so most of the time, mine just hang around. We usually don't talk much during work or classes, because it would distract me. Mostly we just hang around, talk, play games, nothing special.

Yes, you can have more than 1 tulpa and yes, they can interact with each other. But I don't recommend it unless you have a lot of free time.

About the sex, ignore >>13788518

There's a old myth in the tulpa community that having sex with tulpas is bad. That myth was spread to prevent people to create tulpas for the sole purpose of acting as a sex slave, because they're sentient and creating someone just to be your personal onahole is a terrible thing to do. But that doesn't mean that having sex with tulpas is bad (as long as it's consensual). Quite the opposite, it helps a lot with visualization and can be a good bounding experience.

But know that it won't feel like real sex. You have to practice a lot imposition for it to feel real (not sure if it's even possible for it to be 100% real) so, at first, it'll be pretty much faping while imagining both of you doing it. Since she is a tulpa, she can feel it perfectly, but it wont be that intense for the host at first.

Before I got to know that lucid dreaming was a thing, I had lucid dreams. Around 5 years ago, I had a single sleep paralysis incident which kicked off a string of lucid dreams. After a week of frequent lucid dreaming, there was a girl that popped up. She was friendly, kind, adorable, and we got to know each other. I couldn't wait for sleep so I can get to see her. After a few weeks, we became close friends, and even closer a few weeks later. I still had lucidity in these dreams, and we went for walks in the park, picnics, going to the mountains for the view, dinner and eventually we were in love. The relationship we had was definitely there, and she knew I was dreaming, so both of us couldn't wait to see each other at the end of the day and spend time with each other and fall asleep in each other's arms. Whenever we slept, I would wake up in the real world. After a few more weeks, it was time and we did it in a dimly lit room. I was exhausted, sweating, and it was a fantastic experience for both of us.

I woke up exhausted, exactly in the position I slept in in the dream, naked and sweating. We clung to each other tightly, afraid to lose each other. We felt as if we were both going to break, we both knew something is wrong - be it us or something else. It was strangely scary. We spent more time doing things together, until one day I had a terrible dream. Her face was blurred with tears streaming down her face, hugging me and saying goodbye for the last time, holding my hand as she walked away into a bright light. I woke up in tears, unsure of what happened.

I never had a lucid dream since then - around 5 years ago. Whenever I dream, I always hope that she would appear. Was it a tulpa with limited abilities, I'm not sure. I've taken the tulpa explanation and thought of it as a basic one, with the only means of communication through dreams, but I'm still not sure. Every dream with her, except the last one, was so vivid.

Now I'm sad that I remembered all this.

Hallucinations are the most probable explanation but what the fuck do we monkeys know about anything, I'd rather not take risks. If I didn't have to sleep alone maybe I'd feel more brave. When will I find my perfect boyfriend??

Also, I once dreamt with Kirisame Marisa but it was all very weird and IIRC a mob wanted to kill both of us for being witches. I don't really remember much.

On that very note, I do recall having seen a slender, elegant and rather busty figure in the dark during that single sleep paralysis event, in which I had a noticable erection. I might remember more details as I keep trying to remember and test my mind over details, but who knows if there are more details to go on.

This seems complicated as fuck. Maybe I'm retarded but what in the world does "input your feelings, emotions and energy" even mean?

What I'm getting from this is that you should just think of the tulpa being there even though you can't see it. You just start talking like you would with another person?
But here is the thing, I've been talking to myself for fucking years. I guess this is a normal thing for loners/hikis but it seems like I've narrated my life until now.

A good catalyst for lucid dreaming, oddly enough, is what's called a hop pillow.

Find a local homebrew store, or order whole-cone hops online. Make sure that if you buy local they're stored in a freezer, and look up the variety as the aroma will be right up in your face and you should enjoy this. Sew up a half-ounce or so into a pouch or just put them right in your pillowcase if you don't mind some staining - more won't hurt, but don't skimp. It's only like three dollars an ounce.

The heat of your neck and head will release the aromatic oils while you sleep, and everyone I know who's tried it says it's a one-way road to lucid dreaming.

I read some guides. Some suggest making up answers and others are saying to just talk and talk and talk. I feel like making up answers would be counterproductive. Although I kind of have a character in mind.

>> No.13821070

Making up answers is called parroting. It's hard to sum up, but basically some people advocate parroting to sentience, arguing that you'll become so used to making up the answers that at one point you don't notice yourself doing it anymore, and then you just have to convince yourself that those automatic answers you get are from another person. The other (and probably more popular) approach is narrating, which is just acting like you have a tulpa from the start and talking to it until it's able to respond. Either way works, so just go with whatever seems most right to you.

A lot of people are skeptical to parroting as a method, since it kinda implies that your tulpa is just a consciously created illusion, but it's also possible to use parroting as a tool without going for the full parroting approach. Basically you use it to help your tulpa figure out how to communicate, and yourself figure out how to listen.

>> No.13825288

People usually split working on your tulpa into two categories, active forcing and passive forcing. Active is when you put aside time to focus on it, and passive is when you try to fit it into whatever else you're doing.

I recommend trying to do both. Active forcing is most effective, but passive forcing is easier to find time for. It's true that it's hard to stay focused on your tulpa. And yeah, it can be really hard to stay focused during passive forcing, you just need to bear with it until you get better at it. Don't hate yourself every time you lose focus, just refocus again. You can also put up stuff to remind you, like post-it notes or alarm clocks or whatever you think will help.

Sure. Just give her a helpful and supportive personality, and maybe a little strict? Just think about what kind of person you'd want to have in your life and figure out the personality traits that person would have.

your local shaman here, you create a tulpa by meditating on your third eye. lucid dreaming is tricky, just try to remember dreams when you first wake up. try to remember them in full detail. when you go back to sleep try and imagine and last place you were in a dream and pick up from where you left off. Dreams are very interesting but unpredictable so dont expect this to work 100% of the time.

oh boy here we go. lets start with tulpas. an easy meditation practice that anyone can do is to take a pen or something sharp and put it between your eyes and right above your nose. you will feel a 6th sense almost like a tingle. this is your third eye. meditate on this feeling using objects as training wheels untill you can summon this feeling without anything being there. the thing is with tulpas is that they have their own personality they are beings like you and me. you cannot "will" them into existence. they come to you when you are ready. just meditate daily and try to be a good person. you also have to be perceptive to the point it works against you. you need to know your mind and body so well that nothing can shake your perception of the world. Monks used to warn against unsupervised extreme meditation because you can lose your mind having another sentient being in your head. you need to know you 100%. once you start hearing and seeing odd things around you, almost like a ghost, you can try to communicate with it. i was lucky in that mine could touch me. so i purposed that she tap me once for yes and twice for no. i cant say it will be the same for everyone. it seems like the type of experience that is very specific to the individual. as for astral projection i have visited places in my dreams iv'e never been before. i end up there in the next few days but that is as close as i got. the more you try and take these powers by force the more they work against you. meditate and live life peacefully. thats my best advice.

Honestly, Lucid dreaming requires a bit of commitment and practice. It took me about 8 months to get down. I've been lucid dreaming for about 6 years. The payoff is worth the effort though.

In my most recent dream I was drifting through the cosmos from universe to universe. As I was flying through nebulas, a song so beautiful I can't even describe was playing. I now know how Odysseus felt as he listened to the sirens. Eventually, I came across a planet. In comparison to my body it was about the size of a fitness ball. On the planet I could see the tectonic plates moving and civilizations rising and falling. I dug my fingers into the planet and created mountains and oceans. I knew how it felt like to be god. Then I woke up, and had an existential crisis.

I highly recommend getting into dreaming. Taking omega3 fish oil pills really helps make your dreams more vivid and isn't habit forming like melatonin. A dream journal is also helpful because it trains you to remember your dreams better.

If anyone has any questions or needs tips, I'd be happy to answer.

I lucid dream randomly. I read eroge for about 16-20 hours per day then sleep, this one time I had a dream where myself and other eroge protagonists were living in a small country side village with their true route heroines then I proceeded to NTR them.

>> No.13919885

You can do it without the dream journal. I just personally think that it is very helpful. Just keep a notebook on your nightstand. When you wake up, try to write as much as you remember. Eventually you can remember dreams in great detail. You might be having cool dreams, but not remembering it.

I suggest you at least try the fish oil. It's cheap, healthy, and will help you have more intense dreams.

Fish oil and dream journals are just things that really helped me. There are loads of other techniques that might work better for you.

I usually look for tells that I'm dreaming. For some reason I'm usually running in my dreams, it feels different running in a dream than in real life. Once I notice, I realize I'm dreaming. Or sometimes I'll see something illogical and realize it's a dream. In order to do this you have to have vivid dreams (this is where the oil and journal come in). This is known as the MILD technique of lucid dreaming.

You could try the WILD method. It's basically putting your body to sleep while your mind stays active. To do this you should sleep for 4-6 hours (set an alarm to wake you up if you need it). Then go back to sleep. I don't use this method as much.

Google is your friend if you want to go more in depth, there are tons of websites dedicated to lucid dreaming.

I achieved a lucid dream very easily on the first try, but then things went wrong.

I had control at first but eventually the dream degenerated into a horrible nightmare that lasted for 2 days(3 hours of sleep but dream time lasts longer).

I was aware that I was dreaming but I didn't had control. Everything in the dream was designed to be my most horrifying nightmare. I was crying and begging to wake up but I couldn't.

I'm scared of trying again but this is the only thing that has worked for me.

However someone discovered that if you apply it while you're falling asleep you can retain consciousness. You remain aware as you slip from reality to the dream.

Please note that there is a lot of pseudo science on those links trying to explain why image streaming works. Just ignore it. The technique works despite the explanation.

Just try it as you're falling asleep. Get some practice during daytime to get used to it.

More recently, a few months back I had a dream where I was licking a girl's feet and could taste every part of it. It was a really good dream and I fondly remember it.

>> No.13950047

jaypee, am I crazy or is this normal? Because I have many dreams where I can 'feel' things but often cannot control very much. These 'feeling' dreams often end with me dying in a very painful way and waking up very frightened. I have had them on regular occasion since I was 9 years old as a child and they persisted well into my adulthood. However, recently I have not had as many thankfully.

Stuff that usually would happen is that I would try to run away from X, or stand my ground and discharge a verbal assault on the threat (I also have a habit of shouting/swearing/ranting in my sleep because I think it is real) but either way I would be captured and subjected to a painful death and once dead or at a breaking point I would awaken. I had one where I was pinned to a wall and beaten to death and the feeling of helplessness and futility was excruciating, even when I woke up and realized it was only a dream (despite the feeling of the punches being quiet realistic).

Another one I had to which I vividly recall had me and a friend going out shopping and then an atomic bomb just crashed on us. I saw myself burn to death and could feel it too.

What the fuck is the meaning of this? I have told many psychiatrists, psychologists and other doctors about this and they never gave me a concrete reason or explanation. Why do I have so many dreams where I die? Why do I feel realistic pain from nonreal events? This seriously has screwed up my brain ever since it started long ago.

>> No.13950082

Sometimes the talking dreams are nice and calm where I am speaking with family, friends or a stranger in a friendly manner.

Lately, I have not had so many violent dreams. Now they are resolved by me standing my ground and fighting back against the antagonist. Often times this works and I defeat the enemy but sometimes I lose and experience another painful death.

But I still want to know the cause of these night-terrors or whatever. Why did they suddenly start when I was a child? Was there a specific trigger for it? Is there any similar situation to which I can draw parallels to?

I don't really believe in paranormal shit and ghosts but whenever I wake up from a dream where I get sliced open and feel a lingering pain and delirium I sometimes wonder. There was one more dream that was very troubling as well in which I saw what I would consider "the form of God" despite not adhering to any organized faith. However, some dreams would involve a Satan character harassing me. At one point from years 10-15 I would have a recurring theme in which I would gaze into a mirror and my face would shift into a demonic countenance. Another recurring event that would sometimes occur is that I would flee to a 'safe' space, being that when I arrived in this spot I would 'ascend' to a higher plane and the dream would end.

Am I just crazy? Did I get fucked up that badly from losing my friend as a child? Is there more to this or any deeper meaning or what?

The 'form of God':

A collection of stars arrayed in the form of a massive globe, raised high above a pure white metallic stage and surrounded by a void of warm light. There were no words from anyone, but I could feel an atmosphere which conveyed 'awe' and 'might'. I was gripped by a terror, not of impending danger or any malicious intent. But that I was not to look upon this sight, as if I had stumbled in from elsewhere and gazed upon something that was not intended for me or anyone else. This transgression carried with it the final and most disturbing 'expression' in which I immediately knew this as fact, as if transmitted directly into me. That I would never join the globe or become a star. That I would be an outside observer evermore. This feeling grew to an intensity to which I shortly awakened. I recorded the dream for its sheer perplexity and unusual nature, although I do not know if that was a 'right' decision.

Recounting the event makes me think I have done something wrong, though unintentionally.

I appreciate you listening to my insane ramblings. I try not to think about this stuff since it's too big for me and even professionals cannot help me. But I felt a bit better just getting it all off of my chest. I hope that someday I can find out what exactly is wrong with me and fix it for good.

I don't think there is an official source i can give you that's credible or believable as anything that has to do with the supernatural is either complete bullshit or insane ramblings shrouded in mystery. What i can give you is my personal opinion and advice on the subject. First you need to identify what seems to be attached to you. Names given to demons are bullshit as there are a vast variety of beings that all have their own personalities. Do you have sex in your dreams? Is it just torture? Do you believe there is a motive behind what happens in your dreams? All are important factors that can help you determine if it's friend or foe. Some demons are nefarious tricksters and may try to have you believe they are "God" such as the last dream you mentioned. If it's a succubus then there is not much to worry about as these dreams will come and go and usually involve sex. You also may have a guardian on your side that's trying to get your attention. When i refer to these beings as demons its simply an easy way to convey an understanding that they are supernatural entities, that doesn't necessarily mean that they're bad. My advice would be to meditate and focus on your dreams and the parts that bother you. Keep in mind you might just have night terrors, the only reason i suggested you may have something following you is that you feel things after you wake up almost like a residual wound.

Well, here is another dream I had last night:

Inside a basement, by a staircase, and a large adjacent squared wooden pillar. There I was fighting two naked women. One was Asian and the other was white, both very slim and attractive. The Asian girl was very easy to beat, I don't even remember what I did but I knocked her away and she did not attack me save poking my side and merely distracting my attention from her far more aggressive partner.

I don't recall what she said in particular, but the other woman was very rude and had a generally feisty and aggressive temperament. She was swinging about the pillar kicking me in the chest. I was on the ground standing below the pillar and trying to bring her down.

I was naked as well and armed with a spear like implement. However it was partially plantlike, especially on the tongue of the spear where it resembled a wheat grain. I held the spear and jabbed her belly and thighs with it. There were numerous scorch marks or bruises all over that area. The pain overwhelmed her and I was free to climb the pillar to face her head on. Once I ascended I sought to return the favor and so I bit down very hard on one of her nipples. I dragged her down to the floor with me and when her friend cowered in fear begged for mercy I asked her why she could not behave more like her.

At that point I woke up and was extremely aroused by the dream. So I fapped and then went back to sleep. Did not have a dream following that.

If I had to place these dreams under a general theme I would use the paradigm of antagonized/antagonist.

In the prior years my dreams had all had the theme of me being antagonized by something or other (a person, a monster, simple circumstance) and experiencing physical injury as a result. In most cases I would experience a painful and gruesome death.

However, lately, the dreams have changed. When confronted by these enemies I am not so immediately helpless. Now I put up a fight and in some cases defeat the opponent and lord over my victory.

A lot of them have gotten really sexual in nature rather than violent. Another one involved me groping a woman's buttocks in yet another staircase (although completely different and not in a basement) and running away from her. I get the phallic imagery, but what the hell does the other stuff mean? What is the significance of stairs in this context? It appears so often that it must have some sort of importance.

1. Get Type 1 Diabeetus
2. Play modded Skyrim w/ 2hu skins all day rong
3. Let your blood sugar rise to at least 200 in the evening
4. Inject sum Glargin w/ appropriate amounts of Rapid to avoid ruining your kidneys/bladder during the night
5. Play some more
6. Get off the PC and go to bed right after that.
7. Lay down on your back, you should be drowsy as fuck at this point
8. Think of something related to Skyrim/First person gaems that stays "solid" as you fall asleep. If you blood sugar is high enough this is rely easy
9. If done properly, your mind will stay conscious as you enter sleep paralysis

i dont think you can "commit" yourself to a tulpa, they're not imaginary friends you build from the ground up. one manifests itself after extreme contemplation and meditation.

Sounds like you have a playful succubus following you. She wants your attention that's why she seems so antagonistic. Try to acknowledge her existence before you go to bed the next time you're sleepy. Just repeat in you're head a friendly greeting or rather just something to let her know you know she's there. A succubus is nothing to be afraid of, just keep her at arms length and respect her presence.

i forgot to ask, are you a virgin?

Duh, of course.

you're a perfect target for a succubus, especially if you have any trauma from your past.

Do you think it's possible to use lucid dreaming for studying or memorizing things?

>> No.13962961

What's the best way to form a tulpa? I mostly say good morning and good night to mine well telling her to remember a bunch of things that I need to do throughout the day, whenever I'm out alone I also talk to her, is this the best way to go around it?

>> No.13963828

Define trauma please.

>> No.13964030

I've never managed to actually pull off lucid sleeping so I can't say for sure but I seem to remember reading a study where they did a test of people who lucid dream constantly for 7 days and practiced throwing a ball and 7 people who didn't and the people who practiced lucid dreaming did better then the others who didn't so I guess it's possible?

>> No.13964074

I decided to try lucid dreaming once years ago and I managed it successfully on the first night. I instantly took control of the dream and flew around in my house for fun, then I flew out of it and flew to manhattan, taking in the scenery before going straight into a event hall near the top of the empire state building. Then I decided I will try to whole pretend i'm a girl thing and that i'm a slut so I summoned a room full of black men and I immediately got on my knees and opened the zipper of the closest guy with my mouth. While I was stroking it, i looked up and saw my friend's face there. i immediately woke up and washed my face with cold water.

Ever since that day it got super fucking awkward for me to even look at that guy and i started distancing myself completely away from him. Poor guy, he will never know why I suddenly acted so strange and cold towards him, not knowing it was because I dreamt about sucking his cock. After that night I never attempted to lucid dream ever again.

that's called a "servitor" not a tulpa, look it up.

Binge new creepypastas for 6 months. I promise you, you'll start to get something in your dreams.
Says this through experience.

That would be fucking sweet for exams or studying things then

>> No.13968477

read the thread, you cannot summon a tulpa like an imaginary friend. it comes into existence on its own. try meditation and patience.

Any particular recommendations?

Maybe she looks like one, but doesn't really act the part.
