When my dad went to the post office and claimed MY amiami package and thought it was his. And when he came home and opened it, there was figures, dakimakura, and wallscrolls. He had ordered car parts. So i found my opened packade in my room later after school. At least he paid the customs. :)

My uncle and his 6 year old son (my cousin) caught me off guard once and saw my figures. It was a bit awkward because I heard people rummaging in my room while I was having a shower so I rushed out in my pajamas with my huge cute plushie slippers that I also usually hide. Now my cousin calls me the equivalent of nerd in my language, like when he sees me he screams "aahhh it's XXXX the nerd!!" (look who's talking though, a kid fully obsessed with sonic) and my uncles called me Satou because they've seen welcome to the NHK.
Other moment of awkwardness include my brother receiving a package intended for me that was labeled "RUBBER TOY + LUBRICANT" or something like that, and my mom unadvertedly emptying my whole closet, which means she saw my girl clothes, ona holes, lube, vibrators, dildos etc
Another awkward moment was also when my mom asked me why my brother had a collection of higurashi hentai in a hidden folder at the family PC and why they were all little girls. I just answered something like "uh, I don't know. Must be a new trend or something"

A guy was appraising the house one time and had to take pictures of all the rooms so I hid my wife under the covers and he laughed and said something like "hah, that's perfect, now it's like there's just someone sleeping under there! That's definitely rationalization on their part, but it beats being seen as a creepy pedophile.

A while back my dad walked in while I was watching something, can't remember what it was, but I remember him saying "Japan sure knows how to draw their women" and that kind of made me giddy honestly.
