Anyone know how to fix this?
I was using D3DWindower to get around a DirectX error for this thing, if anyone knows how to get around that with the Windower I'd appreciate some help.
Also, where's a noDVD patch for this?

I quite liked 恋ではなく myself, but I know a lot of people here didn't like the concept and/or the main heroine. The game can sometimes be a bit of a drag with the writer's camera sperging, but they're like Hscenes in that you can mostly just skim over them if you're not interested

Obviously you can't make infinite registrations, it only works once per IP. Although I was able to second 5GB by registering few months later though my GMail account. Used it to download Gurenka, which I only found at premium Rapid at that time.

Premium rapidgator accounts are the easiest ones to find. The first google pages give you links to places where people upload new ones daily. It's a pain to go through the url redirecting websites, though, but it's legit. Some websites are kind of impossible to find legit premium accounts, like depositfiles, but at least it has a high chance of still hosting the files.

In a normal setting I would totally agree with you, but in this case they neglected one of the basic pillars of production, which is scripting and (I assume, due to the nature of the job) debugging. Leaving an important job like that to a newcomer makes me wonder what is going on in Makura and worry about the final product being rushed to meet the new deadline, because they probably don't really want to keep the preordering people waiting even more.

Honestly, I think you might be underestimating the scripting element, which also deals with directing the "actual content" in the way it is meant to be presented. The correct sprites at the correct moment, positioning, sound direction, etc. etc. It's the difference between Mahoyo-level direction and direction done by any other average VN done in Kirikiri/KAG. Usually it's done well in-house or done by third parties dedicated to tone this system so that as a user you don't really notice it. I believe Makura's usual system is the Buriko General Interpreter so all you need is someone experienced scripting for it, but let's just hope either they find a person who is or that they have a plan in mind.

IrfanView and I presume many other programs too have a Foreground Window - Client Area option. You get good quality, perfectly cropped screenshots with a simple click of a button.

I use ZScreen (Now ShareX) which has this option that is bind-able to keyboard shortcuts as well as other automated options for clipboard and upload functionalities I haven't even tried them all yet, but I've been satisfied so far.

Finished Komusume. It was a more interesting read than I first thought, and I liked both its anti-warmongering attitude and the way it acknowledged that other countries have a different mindset from not!Japan in many aspects.

Lucie was definitely best girl. She gave me a rather generic first impression, but after *that* happened, she had my full attention. She was really entertaining from start to finish. If only she was less squeaky in her post-reveal eroscenes.
Janet had what is possibly the most dignified deflowering scene I've ever read, and turned out to be far more than the brat she seemed to be in the beginning.
Amelia was also quite lovable, even though I generally don't prefer her type. Her honesty and mature attitude towards love were refreshing.
Can't say I felt much for Yuki, but generally, all the characters were more mature than the average VN.

One complaint I have is that the game is essentially one big common route, with half an hour of different content for each character (not counting eroscenes). But that common route is pretty good.

You haven't really looked up stuff in the market if you think that way. I'm not a game developer specifically, but I am still a developer, so engines pique my curiosity more often than not.

YU-RIS does what you are talking about and it's the engine most Clockup games use. http://yu-ris.net/

Some houses refine their own engine and then license it for other companies to use, like Windmill's CatSystem2. http://cs2.suki.jp/

Theoretically krkr2/KAG3 can do what you're saying as well (there is an E-mote plugin for it, see Nekopara for a subpar but decent example), the problem lies in finding competent scripters that know what they're doing instead of making another PrettyxCation 2.

Just finished the prologue and got the opening at Tsuyokiss 3 FE. Oh god I'll miss this series so much; it has such a great humor, best male characters I have ever seen in a moege, awesome heroines and a perfect atmosphere. Nigakki was unbelievably bad, but I'm glad that they have made 3gakki as good as the original one. IF anyone wants to try this, play Tsuyokiss FE > Nigakki's "just" common route > Tsuyokiss 3gakki FE.

Anyone here play To Heart 2 DX Plus?

Been meaning to play TH2 for a long time. I like voiced MCs and have seen mention that MC is voiced (by Kaji Yuki) in the PS3 version.
However, the official site doesn't have a character page for MC and the play movies I've seen didn't have him voiced (possibly just disabled?).
Can anyone confirm whether there's an option for him to be full voiced?

I finished Fata Morgana, I liked it so much.
Dragged somewhat on some parts but developed its characters and relationships really well, especially the true end and the whole last three days part were something I loved. And the ending itself was so great, exactly what I wanted.
The quality overall was super high for the size of the team OST added a lot too, lots of tracks and most of them were good, especially tracks for especific scenes like Bianco o Nero the one that plays when Maria reveals her true character in the third door and almost sounds like an opera, which is as fitting as it gets, should look to see if I find it.
Also menu end change, I'm a sucker for this stuff.
