Oh, we work out alright. Everyone on /jp/ has a fucking HUGE right arm.

>> No.1368149

>>1368140

I lol'd because my right bicep is in fact larger than my left, and I can't get them to even out again no matter how much extra work I put on my left for daily tasks and exercises.

/jp/, take heed. Like you, I am rarely up out of my computer chair. Well, this has taken its toll and I have tons of pains all over my neck and my back. I have to wear a neck brace, my whole body aches even when I fap. Its not even enjoyable to play VNs or watch hentai anymore. This is your warning, don't let your body atrophy. Exercise at least 3 times a week or you'll be 40 years old and paralyzed.

I bike. While listening to Touhou music.

I stretch regularly, rest my eyes 10 minutes per every hour I use a TV screen, and go for a walk once a day. Also, BACK MASSAGER.

I work for a living and go to school full time. Fuck you; I'd rather be paralyzed.

I broke my left arm a while back, it never healed properly and I had surgery done on it about a year after I got the cast off. It's pretty weak compared to my right arm.

I also bike. It's fun, and I love driving around new areas. Though, I'd rather not be distracted while I bike.

That's understandable. I was fortunate enough to live in an area with lots of sidewalks, though.

I spend the whole day in bed, and the computer is positioned so I can access it from there. That way, no stress is put on the spine, and you can fall asleep and wake up to 4chan every day.

Who's going to feed you or even prostate massage your ronery ass? No one. You'll be just as good as dead.

I just came back from the gym. I go tuesdays, thursdays, and saturdays. I sorta developed my own weeaboo workout routine; even my MP3 player is 100% video game music.

I'm a NEET, so it's not like I have anything else to do. I leech my parent's car, house, food, gym membership... such is the life of a NEET.

At first I didn't do any type of exercise, and sitting on the computer chair 16 hours a day is really mentally and physically draining. I'd always get constant headaches and lower back pains. I started working out a year ago, and I've been feeling great ever since.
