i heard most Japanese people hate how they look, and I also heard they treat/see white people like royalty.

im white af, and would love to live/travel in japan someday.
i'll be done with college soon, and I want to reset my life somewhere far away.
Where do I start?
whats the general opinion toward americans in Japanese culture?
are there any americans that live in japan on this board?
