No it won't. It should have crashed in 2011-2012. The whole market is artificial nowadays and doesn't mirror the state of the real economy.

Right on spot. Central banks printing money and buying stocks and bonds. Same shit in EU and USA. Japan has the highest debt to gdp ratio of all nations.

2. Shinzo Abe elected as PM and promised Abenomics!

The Japanese government purposely lowered the yen so that they could export more and make native product preferable to imported for Japanese people

As an eurofag I don't really like this development. Ordering stuff from the US was cheaper back a few years ago.
Eur to Yen still seems quite ok. Going there soon for 3 weeks, so a good exchange rate would be nice.

What the fuck are you talking about? Of course this is knowingly planned and executed. It's protectionism. Economics isn't bullshit.

If you're referring to neo-classical theory on competition then yeah, a lot of those assumptions are not quite realistic when compared to real markets. They still offer valuable insight and led to the development of competitive advantage.

They do, it's just that the number of babies aren't enough to make up more than the old and dying.

I don't see what the big deal is. Japan is overpopulated, they were never meant to be this many on those tiny islands.

The suits and those in government are just worried that their economy will shrink a lot
