Yuyuko's main ability was death manipulation, in other words she could merely blink and you'd drop dead on the spot. People like to imply that her ability was so dangerous it was what killed her in the first place but I'm not sure if there is a canon standing for this.

She's also a ghost so you're not exactly going to be able to fight back as well.

On the other hand she's still pretty human in that she remembers all her worldly desires and would prefer to shoot the breeze, mgmgmg with good food/drink and do silly stuff. So likelihood is she won't ever misuse her ability.
