News:
-Akatsuki will become a grown up lady in the 5/29 maintenance.
-Art of Yamato and Musashi will be in the KadoFes2015 book, in stores this summer.
-Akashi will upgrade something new after maintenance. She can upgrade 51cm and yellow 15.2cm now.
-A CA is getting kai ni in June. Shoukaku and Zuikaku will get theirs in the future.
-Light Cruiser accuracy is now affected by gun size. Go test this out.
-The Rainy Season Update is here with new voice lines, art, furniture, and expeditions 24 and 40.
-Hinted possibility of Samidare/Satsuki to receive new lines.

In world war 2? It was awful.
Over-complicated everything they made. I can't really speak of their ships as there really weren't very many aside from U-boats but german armor was notorious for convoluted designs and insane prototypes that ultimately failed against the superiority of mass producing simple but decent stuff.
The reason the german radar is better than nip radars is because nip radar was either horseshit or non-existent.

Guys, I have a problem with the KancolleViewer (both versions):
The program doesn't change my area and it appears the same "This page is not available in your area" message as when you enter DMM without a VPN, even after resetting the cache and the cookies.
