It's a show on NHK? You can probably watch it when it airs using keyholeTV at least. The quality will suck though, a ustream would be a better option if you can find one.

Sometimes I wonder if it wouldn't be better if this thread had some time off without being constantly bumped. There just doesn't seem that as many people enjoy walking and discussing the train station anymore, and I sometimes think that that might be because they may have "overwatched" the train station, and that that might have taken the charm of it away. The trains stop at platform one(right) are electric multiple units, usually seen are 719 series, and 485 series on weekend. Those stop at platform 2(left) are mostly diesel multiple units like KiHa 47-1500 series. Also the steam locomotive "ばんえつ物語" can seen on weekends.

You need to use a video player that allows scripting
I'm using mpv and I made a script that takes a screenshot every 5 seconds
Then I used ffmpeg to convert the individual screenshots into a 30fps video

You have to add "-vf scale=X:Y".

Hello everyone. Posted back in February with pictures from a visit to Aizu. I found a few more I took in the station and of the trains.

Apologies for the bad quality. Iphone camera is ok but nothing amazing,

Last one. Planing to return in mid January. Might bring a small sign to show to the camera next time. Also if any one has requests for pictures of certain parts of the station, I will try to take more.

I record the whole stream without re-encoding, because it saves resources. The output for 26h is ~9GB. After recording I speed it up 256x. All of this is done with FFMPEG.
