When will ZUN learn how to variably scale the game?
I mean, I wouldn't care if he made the max at least 720p. I do not make games, only program, so I may be ignorant, but can't the D3D backgrounds can be scaled by API and everything else but the drawings be vectorized?
Also, a minor complaint, relying on FPS to accurately clock the game speed in 2015 is a little dated. I would kill for 120 FPS support that does not involve doubling the game speed.
