I think I found the fastest and cheap way to do World 2 weekly.
1AV5DD.
70% boss node from bauxite node. Only one patter has Wos so overall you'll probably earn some, not even counting quest reward. Otherwise you get AS+ with Seiran on bigger slot which kills normal DD/CL while allowing you to have two midgets - this way AV can even KO elite Ri or elite Wo with torpedo salvo, meaning you only have four enemies to fight.

I find that having two main guns and a plane is more than enough to do daytime double attack.
Usually the 4th slot is saved for more useful things like Sanshiki, Skilled Repair Crew (For Tone and Chikuma, this turns them into mini battleships), Skilled lookout, or flares and searchlights.
I have hardly used any of my radars, still no problem meeting LOS requirements. The only one I use are the special ones like the FuMO and Type-22 Kai-4 because well... they're special.

1 CVL is enough, 2x or 3x Reppuu, 2x or 1x best blue bomber(s). I'd advice against using sub, not worth it. Replace Maruyu and 1 carrier with CLs or CL + wildcard (i.e. exp leech), but don't give them too much ASW gear if you want to secure MVP for Yuudachi. Make sure Hiei can't double attack. Max their armor.
