Akiha isn't a stuck up rich snob. She doesn't flaunt her status or anything to commoners. She's positively benevolent to Arihiko and Sacchin, and puts on believable airs of noblesse oblige at her female academy. With memories of her own father and the knowledge that it's hers and Shiki's child, she'd probably fawn over the kid to no end. In the end, she hated how her father treated her, even if she understood why. Shiki disproves the "we live alone, and die alone" mantra that her father taught her.

Kohaku would probably be a great mother, if one of those super protective ones.

Hisui is lovely, and whatever became of her involvement would be lovely.

Haven't played Tsukihime in approx 5+ years so my memory of their personalities is a bit vague. However, I think many of them were kinda fucked up in the head in some way or another.. maybe too much so to be a good mother.

I didn't think I wanted more KnK material because the story was wrapped up so well and everything but the last 2 minutes of Mirai Fukuin was kind of flat, but a side story/sequel about Godmother Ryougi terrorizing the Japanese mob underground would be kind of cool.
