We all know that EVENTUALLY there will be a touhou anime. Its a HUGE doujin base and ZUN has already said that he would love for it to be an anime, except he has to write and direct and do all the little details.

When the day finally comes, and touhou is turned into a series, what kind of series do you think it will be? 13, 26, 52 or more episodes? An OVA? Will it actually receive a decent budget?

What do the think the series will be like? Will it be a slice-of-life like Lucky Star except with the Yakumos? Will it be shounen like Bleach where Reimu faces a different youkai every week and has to train? Will it just be a crazy gag comedy like Cromartie? How about a magical-girl show starring Cirno and the fairies?

It's stayed anime-less for all the years it has been out, including these past few years where it has been very popular in some circles. Unless a big change is made (Longer games, a good storyline, or even just a continuous one), I don't see an anime being made anytime soon.
