Hisui true ending, Kohaku commits suicide after telling Shiki about her involvment and how it was all because of her and her revenge that everyone died.

Hisui good ending, the death sequence of events is suddenly turned aside, and the end result is that Kohaku loses her memories, and gets a new name, Nanaya, a name she says she likes when she hears it, as if it was important to her.

Kohaku true ending: Things are looking bad as if they are going to result in a very tragic ending, but the end result: Pure, Unadulterated Fucking Happiness. Anon's heart is warmed, he smiles, he may even shed a tear of joy.
