How should we attract more users to /jp/?

Moving the monster girl generals here was a good start (as well as creating plenty of generals of our own), but where do we go from there?

We need to wholeheatedly encourage the use of generals to make our friends from Reddit feel more at home. Discussion here is too fast otherwise!

Furthermore, the use of names and trips should be promoted.

More /jp/ threads should be made on /v/ also.

Allow in filthy newshit and casuals who won't take the time to fully immerse themself in the otaku culture and who will half assedly comment and spiral this board into shit. They won't know Japanese, will talk about translated vn, not get jokes, cancerpost, and not fully understand things /jp/ talks about like touhou and will shit everything up. They must come here on their own out of a need for a supplement for their current otaku state.
