So I'm going to Japan next year and I'm wondering how I'll be treated. I'm western (Australian) about 6'1", usually seen wearing a band shirt and a camo jacket, and a pair of aviators.

Will I be able to get into bars/restaurants etc, or do I need to clean up considerably?
