I sort of want to itasha my car, but there are a few factors that stop me doing it
1. Price and availability
2. My car is pretty boring; same model as pic related, same color
3. I live in a nicer suburb of one of the worst parts of town, which means if I want to go to the grocery store, I'll be parking in a carpark with alot of black people.

Nah. High chance to get fucked with. Some guy who got hes car wrapped found it a couple of days later, covered in acid. Both the wrap and the paint got ruined.. Don't know in what area he lived in, but i just wouldn't bother with a daily driver.
And personally, i'd just wrap a car if it was a track car

Well it probably depends on where you live, i'd say the chances of getting your car fucked up are small.
But i wouldn't bother wrapping a car that looks like an average car. Should atleast be something with a bit more.. aesthetic appeal than your corolla.
And it would cost an arm and a leg to make it look less bland

I paid $100 for all of my vinyls (miku windshield, touhou rear quarter, tokyo akazukin front fender)

I talked to the guy about a full wrap and he said depending on the complexity $1500~2000 usd. It was relatively cheaper than wrapping the car in a single color, mainly because the guy said he had never seen my "style" come through his shop and wanted to help me out.

Too bad Bleep Bloop was crushed in a hurricane.

I don't know who poured acid on that other persons car, but I've never once had a single issue with my vehicles.

Honestly I mostly get idle curiosity as to what the heck is going on with them, but never an incident of maliciousness.

Mind you, I carry a gun with me everywhere because I don't feel safe in my location of the US and still don't get messed with. I think that was just one unlucky soul who happened to live next door to a bully.

So if you want to itasha your car up, do it. Someone may call you stupid, but in the end it's your decision and your car. Have fun friend.
