Billy Herrington and company are a Niconico persona. Much like Donald McDonald, Shuzo Matsouka, or the characters of INMU, they all have a following and have videos and collaborations centered around them.

Originally, Billy Herrington's "Lords of the Locker Room" videos started as the Eastern equivalent of Rickrolling in 2006/2007, and then it started to be used in MADs. Eventually, Billy himself became aware of the fad, and was invited to a Niconico event, where his famous impersonation of Barack Obama's "Yes We Can" speech originates. You can even buy a figma of him, if you want.

Other characters include:
-Van Darkholme (The "Fuck You" Asian Dude)
-Kazuya Kiyoshi (blonde dude with the goofy smile and the strip scene)
-Chavez Obama (the guy in the intro of Knaked Knights, blaring horns in background)

INMU makers are passive-aggressive though, since they only use INMU because of the controversy it caused ruining a baseball player's career in Japan. In fact, Cookie☆ Touhou clips were integrated into the INMU fad in order to shame the maker of some poor Touhou fan videos, who was alleged to use the videos as a front to meet some High School female VA wannabees.

Hi, I uploaded those, and I am currently re-uploading red for higher quality.

See, on Niconico, you have a 100MB limit on uploading files, but you can also upload it raw. On Youtube, you can upload any size, but "excess" data and encoding information is stripped in the re-encoding process, giving you a standard bit-rate and low bandwidth. That iswhy Niconico had 60FPS before Youtube and richer colors, and why Niconico reuploads tend to look like shit.

So I am trying to do a lossless upload at 1080p, but the file size went from 100MB to 7GB in doing so. Its going to take awhile.

Anyway, both have good parts, but White is more consistent and smooth. The "Is the Order A Rabbit" OP for the Red Collab is just too long, to be honest.
