Well here's the link anyway. It's a pretty quick DL. Anyway, the instructions are well written, and it includes Hatsune Miku, The Rin/Len twins, and Prima voice packs. It's also in English.

What is it with you people... I fucking love Vista. I've had ZERO issues. Absolutely none. Maybe if you upgraded your PC more than once every decade, you'd see. And if you were at least semi-computer literate, you'd realize that you can disable every little annoyance introduced in Vista with a couple clicks. Works just like XP for me.
