I first recorded it with the webm command from last thread and after that sped it up with "ffmpeg -i input.mkv -filter:v "setpts=0.03125*PTS" output.mkv".
This is the only recording that went well so long, around 4 hours. All my other attempts got an error after a while.

If you remove the "-an" option ffmpeg will automatically select an appropriate codec. However, if you want to record this for your personal purposes or some further processing, you'd better just dump the stream as is, because every re-encode incurs a quality loss. And it just so happens that the original stream already is at a similar bitrate than the one specified on your command line (700k).

In ffmpeg this would be something like

I just thought getting the sound was important as part of the overall experience.

Afterwards I can try to repurpose it to whatever needs as required.

I used ffmpeg for that as well.
I ran "ffmpeg -i input.avi -y -filter:v "setpts=0.00390625*PTS" -b:v 700k -r 30 output.webm". (256*0.00390625 = 1)
The command I used for downloading was "ffmpeg.exe -i mmsh://center3.ntt-fukushima.com/n-jraizu -an -y -b:v 700k -vcodec copy n-jraizu.avi".
