She and Hades already have a lot in common, neither really wanted to rule the underworld. Hades drew lots with his brothers, got arguably the shittiest position (sure, he's the god of riches, but the dead are jerks and need constant watch while Zeus and Poseidon do fuck all to maintain their realms) and just went along with it, Ereshkigal was brought to the underworld by a giant bird-snake and the other gods didn't really want her back, so she just stayed there and took over the business.

Besides, she's Ishtar's elder sister, so you could pull a lewd younger sister with huge tits/cool, no-nonsense elder sister with DFC dynamic there. We have three damn incarnations of Ishtar in VC (Astarte and Inanna are pretty much local variants of Ishtar) already, we need an Ereshkigal to balance out that slut goddess.

So just made my way through a witch gate. Holy shit it's crazy. 7 vit area to move through, with archwitches and treasures being the only encounters you get.

Also, you can't call for reinforcements. If you can't kill the AW or FAW you get, you don't get shit. So don't go in if you're not able to do it. On the plus side, you can spend extra BP to get stat bonuses. Spending 1 BP to fight the AW gives you the vanilla fight. Spending 2 gets you +200% atk and defense at battle start, and spending 3 BP gives +400% atk and defense.

Once you finish the area, it boots you out and you go back to the regular campaign map. Basically it's like a little mini dungeon, but it looks like it's the only way to get the awakening materials.

I'm only trying her out now, but she seems like she has a good skill.
It worked wonders with 2x 200%, 2x crit and sulis.

There is very little point in maxing her attack unless she's the last one alive. Raising her defence would help keep her alive for one or two attacks more, which would be helpful though. But as it stands right now, she's pure support and I'd raise the other maidens attack and defence first.

Witch Gates seem like a huge stamina drain and a more or less complete waste of time outside of the awakening mats. The AW appearance rate in general seems fairly shit compared to normal, 7 stam cost is pretty high when you can just do 2 in the early stages... if it wasn't for awakening items (and catching a Metatron, I guess) there'd be no reason to ever go inside, unless I'm missing something. Am I? Since it's time limited you pretty much have to valkyrie shoes... seems like a Jewbee move.

As you advance through the event map there's a chance to run into different girls along the way. If those girls are on your bingo map you'll clear that girl, when you get 3 in a row you gain a prize. When you clear the whole bingo board you get a new bingo board to clear exactly like the first one with a different set of prizes.

My suggestion is ignore it and just clear the event map. After you've cleared the event map you should have the bingo cleared, if not something really really weird happened.

Anyway, on your second time clearing bingo just check for which girls you're missing and the wiki will have their locations updated by then. Meet them and clear it a second time.

Now that FAWs require BP to fight, the new system allows you to use 1-3 BP per fight to buff your cards in Witch Gate before fighting the FAW.

It's just for convenience purposes since you can't send reinforcements for any AWs you fight in Witch Gate.

So I've gotten a few SRs and enough Rs to the point that I needed to start clearing them based on skill but I'm still not really sure what type of team I should be using and how to determine it. Right now I've just been using my starter, Hestia for the AoE, Dancer and Japanese Gambler for their delay.

Also an assist came in on the campaign map for 130,000 damage but I didn't catch who sent it or what card it was. Anyone else?

First off, a 10x is only an SR version (HSR is 15x). I saved seven ultimate tickets and three guaranteed SR tickets from the last key event, because I got first and planned to used them when I finally felt like summoning a dammager. I also, had a lot of +500 arcana for a quick max from farming that same key event.

This event is pretty clearly a bit annoying, because the FAWs cost bp now. I figured who knows, these gates and orbs might not be an every event type of thing and might be a rarity. The awakening orbs will only actually be useful to me if they add a rank reward to the awakenable list, though. That's probably where they will get everyone over.

Anyway, even an SR damager kills faster than one of my RR HURs so I slotted one out for speed and extra points. When you summon an SR, it's 50% chance it will be one of the new event cards, So I wouldn't have been surprised to get an HSR from that amount. It's not like I had to use any premium tickets (or jewels), those get saved for 3x UR rate summons, clinging on to the slivers hope.

I'll just store these orbs up forever and wait as they won't awaken anything useful and then I'll just make succubus queens for reasons.

Attack debuff is good for the same reason that attack buffs are better than defense buffs. Changes in attack value are MUCH more pronounced in damage calculation. So yeah. Attack Buffs/Debuffs? Great. Awesome. Get them. Defense Buffs/Debuffs? Fucking worthless.

Finally, Soldier Count is made *better* by having high defense. It's crazy, I know! By your argument, defense should matter *most* on targets with high soldier count -- EVEN IN SCENARIOS WHERE LINEAR SCALING IS PRESENT.

Yeah, definitely. If it were me, I'd play with 3 HUR Williams, and 2 HUR Jack O Lanterns, though you could totally do it the other way around. The key is to keep track of which one is buffed and keep boppin' away with it. Try to save your William crits until you see it buffed. Obviously if it's gonna die, then go ahead and use it, but buffed crits are instantly gonna do like 900k damage.

I'd max the williams first if possible, but that team will only really be reliable once all of them are maxed so that you can take advantage of the random buff no matter who it hits. Otherwise, you might just end up kinda sad.

Great cards come out when the stars are right. Really, don't try to fathom Nubee's ways, just take the opportunity when a good AW/FAW comes around. Both the past and current AW/FAWs were good, you could semi-reliably kill FAWs with a 3x Sulis, 1x Enyo, 1x attack-maxed Vitruvius team.

There was a maid event and since AW Gate is now a thing, you can get the exclusive cards from it whenever they put Elizabeth and Tetea into the gate. Some other maids, like Maidryl and Nuisance, are out of bounds, though, and there are some generic maids, like Brim and Emilia, that you can get year-round.

Thus the only alliances going batshit insane the first day will either be really new players who don't know how the matching system works and goes 'Oh wow, no one else is playing so we can go all crazy!' I think I accidentally transferred an empty account to my twitter, instead when changing device, I managed to shut it down before it finished I think, atleast I got my account back. Got scared for a minute there. Is there anyway to get your account back if you accidentally do this btw?

Awakening burst is amazing. Tripled soldier count and ATK for 3 turns.

The battle start turn skipper GSR cards might actually be useful on defense units if they can proc the burst at the start of the battle. It seems to happen before skill activations are decided on whichever turn they proc, so it might work.

This might be the first event I actually finish. Currently on 5-2 at 30% but my vitality can't keep up and the fights are getting pretty tough. Thinking of just dropping it and doing the campaign but I figure the AWs will be worth it to continue at least until I finish.
