It's fairly small with the outside being a little over 5" and the inside a little under. The inside is very soft but the material is pretty sturdy and doesn't stretch much. I would definitely not recommend trying to turn it inside out. On to how it feels. The beginning 2" has some thick ridges which are very stimulating leading into a very tight smooth mid section which then has a small cone shaped entrance leading to the uterus which widens up into a smooth spherical area.
