EX is simply a superset of the original. They're finishing the original script first and will then move on to EX.

The only good policy on VN translations is to always expect the worst, no matter what the team say.
Pretend it's gonna be the 18+ version with all the 18+ parts removed, and once it's done, the patch won't ever be distributed because the translation team did it out of love, they never said they'd distribute it, but the rumor of a leak will never disappear, discouraging other people from doing it.

My personal heroine tier goes somewhat like this:

Top tier = Kudo, Haruka, Saya
High tier = Sasasagawa Sasami, Kanata
Mid tier = Anego, Komari
Low tier = Rin, Mio

Rin's somewhere in the top there. Kudo had some really nice-looking CGs, but her route was so horrible that it made me feel embarrassed to be a Key fan.

And unless the translation team picks up the pace, the translation should be done sometime around 2020.

Kudo received a refrain route just like Anego.

ALL routes got better in EX overall, I never thought sex scenes would make a game much better but it did. The feeling you get when playing is totally different. Also Saya route is totally worth the play.
