Any other parcitcipants in here other than me? Anyway one of the reasons why westerners must not Cosplay Anime characters is because they only ruining the characters because Anime characters are not made based on them. Doing bad Anime Cosplay = ruining Anime and hurting Anime fans.

There are many very beautiful girls in the west who would make fantastic cosplayers. And you know it.

The problem is in the west anime fandom is considered extremely nerdy and niche and so it attracts primarily the social rejects.

When anime has as much acceptance and exposure as it does in Japan you'll have better people cosplaying. And don't give me bullshit about how anime fandom doesn't have much acceptance in Japan, it's like Star Trek, everyone believes it's only for nerds and 1/3 of the population secretly likes it.

That is not the case in the west.
