a while ago I had gotten a bunch of gashapon figures in the mail, but it was so cold outside that they were extremely brittle. Two of them lost their heads just from being dropped a few inches while unpacking ;_;

OP here, like i said, that pic's not mine. Mine is still resting comfortably in the box. I planned to take her out after getting a proper display cabinet. but after seeing this picture, I don't I would dare display her...

but some of my Clannad gashaphon do have slightly distorted legs and warped sockets...

Attempting to take the sunglasses plate off of my Gruren Lagann revoltech, the sunglasses came CLEAN off. I panicked, got some super glue, and now you can't even tell. I'm glad there was no paint eating. Not sure if this would be considered a casualty, but the forehead hair of my Konata comes off A LOT. This isn't a big deal, but it's kind of annoying when changing her pose or hands.
