The camera is located at the dead-end of the train track.

The trains coming in and out are at a very low speed so hardly anyone will die from jumping in front.

If you would please consider how this is generally a thing that people check up with and have in the background of doing something else, and also consider how deeper interests of trains, with their mechanics, their different models, their great importance, aswell as how delightful of an experience trains can be, could you maybe manage some proper empathy after that?

You know, things such as dating sims are quite silly and concerning if the dating sim isn't any good, well, dating sims are like crisps if you know what I mean, but anyway, dating sims are generally no good, and it's quite an unsubstantial and hallow hobby, and reflects on the problems of a persons life. This kind of thing, with checking out train arrivals and observing the trains aswell as seeing people of whom enter it is a pretty nice and interesting experience to share with everybody and enjoy sparingly and in good schedule.

I'm in Japan to take it easy. Last 24 hours here after a 3 month stay throughout summer, going home tomorrow. Was in aizu just to give you guys a wave and to eat lunch. I bought the seishun 18 ticket thinking I'd do more moderately long train rides but I've still got an unused day on it even after visiting your station. It feels wasteful but I got some use out of it.

Hey i was only there for a short time, but i took some footage of the place. The place itself is like most others of its size, lots of mountains and rice paddies though, I'll maybe post some stills when I get back to Tokyo.

There was an open window immediately underneath the camera, pretty much just talked into it. Maybe it sounds deeper from that angle.

Late at night I tend to go with really ambient sounds. Or rainyday noise, audiobooks, podcasts & the like. Then again sometimes the dull hum of the station is comfy in its own right.

I'm Australian.

>How was taking it easy in Japan? Where abouts did you go? It seems like you didn't travel very far distances since you only used a few days of your pass which has 5 I believe.
I stayed 1-4 weeks (average 13 days) each in:
Tokyo, Nagoya, Kyoto, Hiroshima, Hakodate, Muroran, Sapporo

I wanted to travel more by local trains but even 3 months isn't enough to get very far and still take it easy on a local train (plus the seishun 18 wasn't available for half of my visit).

>It's not our station it's /jp/'s station unless you were implying you're not a jpsie.

>Did you go alone to Japan or were you with people? I imagine its lonely / hard to travel alone.
Alone. I spend most of my time alone at home anyway, being alone in Japan isn't so different (but it's more fun I guess). Japan is super friendly so traveling alone is easy (the biggest concern when you travel alone is security, just like another pair of eyes to look out for trouble or keep an eye on your bags while you go have a piss).

>Yeah please post footage and videos here. Particularly interested where / what you had for lunch since it seems that's what you did there during the 2 hour trip. Hope you found the trip worthwhile since iirc this is the first time someone actually went to the station for us. Thanks.
absolutely nothing extraordinary; can't quite remember but I think it was a pack of cheese bread ball things, a plain hotdog bun with red bean paste in it (i actually wanted the strawberry jam w/ butter one, but I misread the label), and one of those premade 7/11 bento.

I really enjoy Bunkyo and wouldn't want to live in busier places like shibuya or shinjuku. it's not terribly busy in my area and generally pretty quiet.

I have the famous Rikugien Garden about a 4 minute walk from my apartment. I go there to chill about once a week. It's usually pretty quiet.

The right could be a 183 series or a 485 after they ditched the bonnet design.
