Hi Japfag here.
Im 21 years old, livinin Mie, treating my personality disorder.
I feel modern Japan is shit, especially at the big city like Tokyo and the modern housings.
Those're boring and depressing.
So I gonna searching for the rental Kominka (old Japanese-style house) in Kyoto for my new living.(Mie is still good but kinda boring.)
The kominka looks splendid, I guess it's comfortable to live.
There're many empty kominkas in a village because many people are gathered in Tokyo shit.
Many Japanese are living in wrong style as ‘the modern people', it's time to fix it.
I'll appeal the Japanese people old Japanese-style is comfortable with my style.
I hope my acting chages the other Japanese's mind.

won't happen because your society is going to be more and more tied with usa culture , until there is no more culture into your country , it's the case in europe already , and every rich nation will be a copy of another in the end , whereve you will go , it will be the same expect for the face of the people , and that's only if you don't open the immigrant gate that europe has blown open to whoever want to come , sadly you wont have a choice since japan is not making enough babies and i dont see how it will go the other way around unless a massiv brainwash helped with big shoots of money , and even then , so well , yeah , please enjoy your way of life as long as you can and cherrish those memories

It's this. It's a matter of the school's reputation. Kids going out and loitering or getting into trouble reflects badly on the school if they're wearing the uniform. So schools don't want the kids wearing it.
My school in Australia had the same kind of rule for the same reasons, but nobody really cared since it's not like the staff had any way to enforce it.

Yes, I almost agree with you.
I know there're probloms, decreasing of new born babys, necessity of opening the gate to immigrants.
But my plan is simply fix this problems too in some degrees.
If Japanese notice the old style of they is comfortable, they'll start to think like ‘I want to share this nice living with my partner', and may get married and start to make babies.
It means increases of the babies number.
If the Japanese's life is comfortable, it means also to immgrants, foreners.
It may make them to want to come to Japan, Maybe it increases too.
If it's a little changes, but better than keeping on the current styles, I think.
But this's my poor view, take it easy.
And a certain thing is my new life will be great, lol, thanks.

Most of the streets you see here are two way. Some are just wide enough for two cars to pass each other (the cars have to slow down considerably sometimes retract their side-view mirrors to do so). Some, one of the cars has to reverse until there's a little nook or another street for them to pull over onto until the car coming the opposite way passes.

It's meh. Great bars, ok shopping. The terrain around here is really hilly so it makes cycling a bitch. Once you get away from base and further up the coast, it gets really beautiful.

You can definitely tell a difference in attitude between Japanese people here and a Japanese person anywhere else.

I love it and I hate it.

Just in general. They tend to be ruder upfront here than in any other place I've been. I'm willing to be it's because of the American presence. But if you're nice to them, respectful, they'll do the same back. Unfortunately, though, this is the military we're talking about, and a large part of the guys stationed here are uncultured idiots.

Cycling it would be best.

Driving in a car is fast and too confined to soak it all in whilst walking is too slow and you can get off to push the bike along to do so as well.

err, Japan smells in places too. I hate how weaboo /jp/ can act at times, like Japan is some perfect princess or something. >Not enough babies
There are like 170 million people in Japan living on narrow strips of land in such population density that destroys quality of life. The only way forward is to allow the natural population replacement to occur and for the population to drop. Japan is literally the only country in the developed world that will do this properly, when people have space to live again and reason to work they lead happier and healthier lives.
>Letting in immigrants
Yeah the Japanese government loves immigrants, that's why last week they decided no foreigner could receive welfare no matter how long they'd lived and worked there.

>> No.12311830

>>12311810
I'm not that guy, but population density and whatnot are not the problem of the low birthrate and aging population. Because of the high ratio of older Japanese to younger, able Japanese, more elderly will be relying on their pensions and social security but there won't be many people paying into it, meaning the younger Japanese will have to pay more. This puts a strain on the economy. Also, the elderly will eventually need caregivers, but there probably won't be enough people to get the job done. And there will be fewer younger Japanese to fill the employment positions of the older generation. It just spells trouble.
