Manipulating eternity means that she can make it so that an object or area never changes. Eintei was like this until humans found it. Then she released the spell. She can also manipulate the instances in between seconds. Or something like that.

Kind of. I think it's supposed to be a different sort of time manipulation. Sakuya directly slows down or even stops time, she can't reverse time (impossible in ZUN's universe if I remember correctly). Kaguya's power is over eternity and I think translates to being able to stretch time and the perception of time. Where Sakuya stops time straight up and rape you, Kaguya simply makes your rape seem like a eternity.

At least that's how I see it. Sakuya's powers have less torture potential but more practicality, Kaguya can make her orgasm last for as long as she wants or quickly pass a moment of pain.

On this subject, we need more Kaguya/Mokou rape doujins where they come to realise inflicting pain on one another has long become pointless and move up to humiliation.
