I've only read Ever17 and Umineko

The classics seem obvious, but I'm feeling adventurous

Looking for something that meets most of the following:

* Has routes (the sooner relationships develop, the better)
* Mature, down to earth characters
* Something I can get emotionally invested in without being drama for the sake of drama like Clannad
* Not afraid to use adult scenes to tell a story rather than having it just tacked on for shock value
* Fan or officially translated
* PC compatible
* I want to be wowed with that feeling whenever you finish a VN or anime movie
* Good CGs and sprites

Basically, I'd like something that's an easygoing read with characters I can latch onto
