I don't do anything as people should be allowed to interpret and portray Touhous however they wish.
And I don't care about what the fandom thinks, nor is any one Touhou portrayed or viewed upon in the same way throughout the entire fanbase.

Why should we care? ZUN doesn't seem to mind. The games seem to be the only Touhou setting/canon that matters. The official comics and writings are sorta like ZUN's own doujin work, he doesn't even draw them himself.
ZUN hardly even follows his own canon. He adjusts it whenever he wants on his own whims. Touhou is fluid, that's one of the reasons why ZUN refuses to draw a map of Gensokyo, because he adds in new areas whenever he feels like it to drive the story.
