So, /jp/, I've decided it's finally time to buy my first dakimakura.
I've read up and stuff of course before, but what's the best way to take care of one, so far as storing and cleaning goes, and etc.?
Also, the one I want to get is 150x50 cm, so what would be an ideal size for the pillow itself in inches?

I didn't see any similar threads in the catalog, so apologies if this isn't the proper place to ask about it.

make sure your nails aren't sharp.
always take a shower before going to sleep. always. ALWAYS.
take care of and be "delicate" to her as if she really is your waifu <3
if you want to store her you want to make sure you put her in a opened space. Also, keep the room as dry as possible.
as for cleaning, hand-wash it like any other clothes. do it maybe once every 1 or 2 weeks, or even a month if you are bothered doing so. Avoid contact with sunlight.
