So I'm thinking of starting Umineko and I have some questions.

If I'm going for the PC version, the only one I can play is the one with shit graphics right?

People like to argue about which sprites are better for Umineko, personally I think they're both ideal. One side claims the PS3 sprites are better because they don't look like they were done by an autistic child with Parkinson's, but I say the original art is perfectly in line with the rest of Umineko's quality, i.e. shit. The other side says that the PS3 sprites lack soul and fail to capture the emotion behind the original, but I say this is ideal for how much of a shallow, plastic cash-cow Umineko ended up as.
