Sure looks like it's run on a VPS... The IP is from the Netherlands. Then again, the device that routes for it comes up as a Motorola Surfboard SB5100E cable modem and sure has a lot of port visibility for a professional service.

It kind of seems like his DDNS service isn't updating for whatever reason and his IP got claimed by a residental device.
