My old nokia died a few days ago, now I'm getting a smartphone. What phone/what OS? Which one has the most otaku-friendly apps?
I want one that has an app that makes small 2hu's walk over your screen.

You may have to write it yourself if you don't want something untrustworthy.
Android seems pretty good about at least letting you know what an app is going to ask for access to, and the programming kit for android is a freebie that you don't need to personally own an apple computer yourself to download like with ios.

Like, somebody find me a touhou danmaku phone game. I haven't even looked but I'm sure there is one.
