We've discussed this to death and most contributors have moved on surely you understand this already.

Also secondaries are like the lifeblood of Touhou since they buy alot of the products and even draw alot of the art. Without secondaries Touhou would have died a very long time ago and not have the sheer amount of content available it does now. There are other communities to discuss Touhou without imagedumps, but I suspect you want an anonymous community so they're likely not an option.
