That being said I've only seen one guro doujin involving kyouko. The author justifies the killing of Mystia and Kyouko because they are not real people. He means they are youkai, but even if it just drawings we still see that the author has one fucked up mind since he portrays his fantasy world into some sort of work. What makes we wonder is if he is receiving sexual gratification from this or for other reasons. Perhaps he is extremely frustrated and takes up his anger on drawling pictures of little girls being ripped to shreds. Maybe he is in the bottom of his job and to give himself a sense of power he creates stories of helpless and innocent children to fulfill his desires (sexual or not). Either way he is messed up more than most people (we are all a little messed up he is just more messed up). I guess one good thing is that he displays his violence in fantasy other than in reality, I hope.

One more thing I like to add. The author creates stories with so much injustice that I can't help but wonder if he creates them just to make himself pissed off. He may get a rise off his own anger (increased adrenaline etc.)
