I'm getting out before its too late. The way I see it the only other way out is suicide. Otaku Culture is a shitty hobby and Japan is a shitty country. This whole thing has, over the years, left me with a pretty warped disposition and sexuality. I need to get out before recovery is truly impossible. I love weeb shit and and all of you very much but hopefully this break will be for the greater good.
I think I've found takers for pretty much all the stuff so this very well may be my last post here after all these years.

It's possible to be passionate about a hobby and still have an overall "functional" life. Not necessarily a normalfag life, just a healthy lifestyle that you are happy with.

With that in mind I want to tell OP to "not give up", but at the same time... if OP feels that these interests are just that constricting, maybe this is the right choice. If you have a personality that's prone to addiction, you can get addicted to pretty much anything these days, including media and the internet. And that could be devastating.
