His car was monstrously inconsistent. At times it was too slow to give him the win in a straight fight, while at other times he was pretty much magically teleported way ahead just so he could set a trap. From a logical standpoint, even if you applied something like F1 logic to the episodes, it still makes no sense. Yes, it's a kids cartoon, but that kind of shit was off-putting even to kids.

Yep. Considering how much I loved motorsports as a kid, Wacky Races was pretty much my go-to cartoon whenever I wanted to watch one, but this shit annoyed me so much.

It kinda bugged me how this cartoon, aka the only Barbera cartoon I've ever liked had so few episodes. Everytime I was all like "Screw this boring shit (I was pretty weeaboo as a kid too, I tended to prefer anime most of the time even if I didn't know they were Japanese cartoons in the first place) and don't you dare showing that serie with Dastardly trying to catch that goddamn bird"
