Let us assume there is no meaning. Existential nihilism is absolute, and consciousness is an illusion of the perceptive features of the chemical reaction we call Life. It's all nothing but petty turbulence in the field of dust and echoes that is the universe.

If everything is equally pointless and futile, I think that's rather liberating. You could adopt a hedonistic stance, and attempt to maximize your own pleasure before your inevitable death. Even if enjoyment is naught but a hollow feedback mechanism, pleasure is irrefutable. Achieve orgasm, and attempt to quantify what the feeling is, to dismantle it. Words fail to describe how feeling feels.

Or you could skip to the end, terminate the ego. I don't see why you would bother, as it will self terminate eventually without any help, but I don't have any words against it. Oblivion is the natural state of things, so it's no wonder that being is flawed and full of suffering. Entropy ensures that our brief emergence from need not concern us, for once we return it will be as though there was never the slightest disturbance in the deep pool of that-which-is-not. Like pleasure, words cannot comprehend oblivion. Even feeling cannot experience oblivion. To destroy the self is to destroy the universe, from which the only view that ever saw it was by necessity solipsistic.

Chicken ramen is the best.
