Reading from a VN, types the words into somewhere, which are then translated by computer

I don't really understand what you're asking but try searching around for Interactive Text Hooker and Translation Aggregator or something.

Pulling text from VNs to input into Anki was useful to me for learning, wouldn't recommend trying to read with machine translations though because it's complete shit.

This is exactly what ITH + TA does.

Well, if you can't find Hook codes and they don't work I guess you're shit out of luck.

The real question is why you want to even bother trying to read machine translated crap in the first place.

I'm pretty sure all the Japanese, at least in places like ustream and such, have that automatic cute voice reading automatically stuff for them.

I never managed to find which software it is though.

You don't understand, i don't need somethin that translates text out of VNs, I want something that translates audiable speech out of VNs. (and other exacutables.)
speech can come were hooks are missing, and it can also help when i watch a video clip that is out of my languege. it could also have other uses.

I see improvment in machine translation in the forseeable future, even if atm using it makes me cringe.
