In his book The Mask of Sanity, Hervey M. Cleckley described 16 "common qualities" that he thought were characteristic of the individuals he termed psychopaths: The Cleckley checklist formed the basis for Hare's more current PCL-R checklist.

Superficial charm and good "intelligence"
Absence of delusions and other signs of irrational thinking
Absence of "nervousness" or psychoneurotic manifestations
Unreliability
Untruthfulness and insincerity
Lack of remorse and shame
Inadequately motivated antisocial behavior
Poor judgment and failure to learn by experience
Pathologic egocentricity and incapacity for love
General poverty in major affective reactions
Specific loss of insight
Unresponsiveness in general interpersonal relations
Fantastic and uninviting behavior with drink and sometimes without
Suicide threats rarely carried out
Sex life impersonal, trivial, and poorly integrated
Failure to follow any life plan.

>Suicide threats rarely carried out
As opposed to suicide threats commonly carried out?

So basically not /jp/. What's your point? If you wanted to fit some pseudo-science terms on /jp/ you'd be more accurate using Schizoid personality disorder or Autism.

Doesn't fit, what are you getting at OP?

/jp/ doesnt fit into any of these:
Superficial charm and good "intelligence"
Absence of delusions and other signs of irrational thinking
Absence of "nervousness" or psychoneurotic manifestations
Poor judgment and failure to learn by experience
Pathologic egocentricity and incapacity for love
General poverty in major affective reactions
Sex life impersonal, trivial, and poorly integrated
autism would've been the better choice, even if its been used to death.

Even if you use internet characteristics only, schizoid fits /jp/ better.

The World Health Organization's ICD-10 lists schizoid personality disorder as Schizoid personality disorder.[34]

It is characterized by at least four of the following criteria:

Emotional coldness, detachment or reduced affect.
Limited capacity to express either positive or negative emotions towards others.
Consistent preference for solitary activities.
Very few, if any, close friends or relationships, and a lack of desire for such.
Indifference to either praise or criticism.
Taking pleasure in few, if any, activities.
Indifference to social norms and conventions.
Preoccupation with fantasy and introspection.

Can you get gubment money for that disease?

I'm currently forced to spend an extensive amount of time together with a person who talks about psycopaths, depression, paranoia and he considers himself a genius.

I'm genuinly worried he will kill me.

This is much better. Add autism spectrums and ASPD and we'll be just about there.

The psychopath stuff is humor.
