Is Patchouli intelligent, or just knowledgeable? What's the difference?

If electricity comes from electrons does that mean that morality comes from morons?

It's not usual for stupid people to use magic.

I think the one who can appreciate knowledge is intelligent by default.

That's why I said that it's not usual. There are always people who are born with powers, kinda like those autistic savants who can memorize everything they see.

I always assumed that intelligence is your capacity for learning, while knowledge is a total sum of what you've learned.
Patchy has been around for a while, so she could be rather unintelligent, but knowledgeable due to her age and experience.

>> No.11651311

Much like >>11651274 said, Intelligence is your ability to learn given new information or situations. Knowledge is the things you can recall and how to use that information.

Intelligence is the ability to learn and apply learned skills. Knowledge is the culmination of facts and learned skills. They rely on each other. One cannot become knowledgeable without being intelligent; one cannot exercise their intelligence without having knowledge.

>> No.11652562

What do you consider knowledgeable /jp/?
To me it's a combination of life experience and study, a doctor could study for years towards becoming one, but if he hasn't performed any surgeries/procedures ect. he's no good.
