Anyone else surprised the whole Windows theme package things never caught on? I'm surprise there isn't shinobu voice packs and stuff.

OSX has a feature where the computer will use a text to voice service to read the time to you every hour, or whatever. I haven't found anything similar for Windows, at least as many voice options.

If my computer talked to me, I don't think I would ever be lonely again.
