Kill me Baby was an Anime adaptation of a four panel Japanese humour strip. The plots and jokes are taken straight from the comic strip, much like Joshiraku, and Love Lab, and a lot of other shows. I don't think these shows make any attempt to be fantastic, so it's unfair to judge them with the same criteria as original works that don't have adaptations.

Why is that line retarded? They appeal to existing fans who have already read the jokes and are already familiar with the delivery style. The producers make minimal effort in adapting the printed works into animated ones with the typical audience in mind. Everyone talks in a ridiculously fast manner. The comic timing is horrible. It does NOT translate to anime very well imo.

Not a test, I actually showed the entire first season in a half-hour timeslot.

I have about 8 hours a day in two rooms, so I have to get 32 hours of video footage. Usually I get in my personal picks from the last year or two, whatever the new hotness is, some "greatest hits" stuff, a few 18+ shows in the evening, and the rest I pad with whatever /jp/ and /a/ think is good.
