Some characters do. Akira has triple jump but no air dash (except her 214x acts as one) and I think Mai has single jump but air dash. Akane can also fly and Miyu can endlessly jump using 22x.

Yumiduka is a perfectly reasonable transliteration, it's just not the most phonetic. It's using one of the transliteration methods which preserves all information. (A transliteration of Yumizuka would not make clear whether a hard tsu or su was used. Yumidzuka is another possiblity)
